    App?

The "app" that comes preloaded is nothing but a URL shortcut to the mobile youtube page.

The Android app needs Google Play Services, meaning - no can do login.

Hit the menu icon at the top right. Should see "Sign in."

Not sure I understand. Mine is the same as posted above. I have a sign in option. No side load. Z30STA100-5/10.2.1.3253

That's the point. The side loaded android app won't allow for logging in.

Thread title does say YouTube App, does it not? Since what we get on BlackBerry 10 is just a link to the browser then the OP clearly does not mean that.

I'd recommend SuperTube from BBWorld, it works pretty good. The full version ($1.99) allows for signing in with your YouTube account.

What some are showing on this thread is simply the YouTube Mobile webpage accessed through the shortcut provided in BB10. It works great as long as you don't clear "cookies and other data" on your browser, for this will log you out.

BTW, the latest Android YouTube app (available through Snap, a.ka. Google Play Store) doesn't work on BB10, as it requires Google Play services and just closes itself.

The only real good thing about the Android app (if you can grab an older version) is the "streaming" or "casting" to Smart TVs. This can also be done on SuperTube, but you need to obtain the code on the YouTube app of each Smart TV or device you want to pair with (not complicated and just a takes a few more seconds to setup).

Loved the Q10 but now it's Z30 power time!!!
