I have replaced the SD card. Removed all Droid apps. Removed most native apps.
Battery does not move. Took the skin off, on the charger or not it still reboots.

So back to Verizon next week for a replacement.

    And so it goes..

FYI guys, I have previously posted this link. BB is very aware of this issue...
KB34039-BlackBerry Z10 smartphone reboots randomly during normal usage
The notice says it affects the following OS:

    BlackBerry Z10 smartphone
    BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.0.10.672
    DT 6992733

Mine and many others have 10.0.9.422. In fact most in the surveys show this.

I hope they know this and are working across the board.

    Thanks for the posting too!

Ok... over the last 48 hours I have been kinda taking notes (since I work at nighttime)...

I had a total of 5 random reboots... They all occur between the hours of 2am - 6am CDT.... I wonder if there is a BB10Z OS automated event that happens during that time which fails resulting in the random reboot?

Not much point in returning it if it's software related. In sure a fix will come out soon.

Those are the only hours mine reboots as well, very odd.

Yep. Happened a lot in the beginning for no reason. Now when too many messages are going in and out it will crash. But I want to add, my phone crashed after installing an app and rebooted before my husband's iphone had the same app downloaded (:

    Hi,
having the Z10 with T-Mobile Germany on a business contract. It was rebooting sometimes but since I have updated to 10.1 it is rebooting EVERY DAY at least once and at least once a night. I don't have the exact time, as the start time is not recorded in the settings. I'm pissed, as I'm unavailable until entering the PIN in the morning and I have to be available during night for my company. I'm thinking about asking for a replacement from T-Mobile since some have the issue and some not. I was thinking it's software related for sure but that can't be the only reson if some have the problem and some not. I want to see a statement from RIM. Paid 540 Euros for it and it doesn't make its job!

Had reboots happening several times a week, but when I security wiped the phone, I haven't seen it happen since. BTW, that's over a month ago now.

I had reboots when I first got the phone in May. I had nothing open. Just using the thing straight out if the box. Mine was the 100-3.
10.1 solved the reboot issue. Then the 4181 MR came along. Then it random rebooted like mad. Reloaded the OS with BlackBerry Link.
Shortly after that, I felt the phone overheat. Motherboard shorted out. BlackBerry gave me a new phone. This one has been issue free.
