    Since I updated to 10.0.10.85, I can no longer get emails from my Yahoo or Gmail accounts via WiFi. If I have cell service on, I get mail.

    Pardon the noon question but any suggestions on what has changed?

    I would try deleting the saved wifi profile you are trying to use and recreate it, since that is the least volatile step. If it still doesn't work, try deleting one of the email accounts and recreating it. If that one starts working, do the same to the other. If it still doesn't work, delete ALL mail profiles and set them up again. I would also reboot the phone after deleting the email accounts.
