    Moving music files from my PC to my Z10, and blackberrylink says "preparing to sync, your request has been received and will be completed shortly". And it never happens.....10 minutes go by, nothing happens.
    Anyone have any ideas what is going on?

    I have never used BBlink for moving or syncing. I just manually use drop/drag under Windows Explorer to copy music files (and pictures, video, etc).

    And WELCOME to Crackberry. Maybe someone else will have an answer that helps.

    I use the method F2 described, it's the simplest method.
