Only negative is the battery. I've had it now since Dec 2013. Still a workhorse. Just took off the screen protector yesterday and man it feels like it's brand new. Still waiting for the price on z30 to drop a bit but this will do.

Poor battery life but comparable to iphone at the time of release for endurance. The Z10 has the perfect size and dimensions for a phone in MHO.

They are probably hinting at how they made way too many. It was an over forecast that left them with a huge surplus of devices.

Don't forget the $1 billion write-off said surplus caused. Literally erased 10% - 20% of the company's value.

Depends on what the user wants...if you are like me that loves exploring, trying new things , using the social media often and takes lots of photos then it's a NO! But if you're more concerned about basic needs like emails, texting, chatting via WhatsApp or BBM, calls then it's a YES! However I love the simplicity of the z10, the keyboard, and security but then am not comfortable with the camera and the battery life . The choice is yours

Sorry if not clear. The Z10 was a great hope. Didn't sell. Massive writeoff. BlackBerry nearly went bust.

All Hail Thorsten. Mother and Father of my Beloved Z10.

Get yourself one of these, and the battery life should not be an issue.

You would end up with a pocketable 2013 flagship phone with a 2 day battery life.

The extra bulk of the extended battery makes it feel better in the hand as well.

I got out my Z10 after having it stored away awhile. It's really a beautiful device. It's got an amazing display. My only qualm, it's the one I've always had, it's battery life.

Came back to this thread. The latest update seemed to have improved the battery life on my Z10. I'm liking my Z10 more and more every day.
