I'm not sure if this is what you really want, but you can print documents from your Computer directly to your BlackBerry Z10/Q10 device using a utility called Print To Go.

Basically you install a program on your computer. Pair it with your device. Then there is a printer that's added to your list of printers called "Print To Go". It pushes the document instantly from your computer to your BlackBerry device saving it as PDF automatically.

You can do some really neat things this way, like email, or SHARE the document out using the complete list of supported sharing protocols like NFC, Remember, FB, Box, Dropbox etc. You also have the document with you, so there is no need for a paper copy of it. Much like with digital cameras these days, you store digital photos on your camera, or computer.

I have had success using Print Hand. No need to turn a computer. Uses wifi that is set up between the printer and the Z10.

You can print directly to quite a few printers with a Gmail account and log in via the browser and set up the printer in Google print. Then when you open an email and view the attachments it gives you the option to print them. HP has an app called HPeprint that I tried to side load but wouldn't work. If you are running 10.2.1 you could try loading the actual apk. I have not tried that yet.

I recently bought an Epson WF 2540 printer. It has an option for cloud printing that basically sets up a contact for your printer. On my Z10, i just forward or attach emails/documents to the Epson email contact and it prints it. Very easy and reliable - no special app needed (just enable that function when setting up the printer). You need an internet connection for the printer.
