    plzzz any one help me fast...my z10 after i pressed security wipe data ....it takessssssssss very long time ......35 mints till now and still not opening the operating system

    nothing you can do except wait, if you don't you can brick your phone. Some said it took more than 4 hour to do.

    I wish I was more helpful, but I'm not...

    Happened once to me.. took like forever and in the end I received an error. Just wait until it's done, if you got an error, remove battery, prepare your PC, BlackBerry Link and USB cable and connect your phone then reload software using Link
