    I started the Wipe the Tuesday 09-10-2015 at 7h30 pm
    We are the 09-15-2015 6 pm and isn't finished !!
    progress is good until 86% then the wipe security became so slow
    I'm at 99 % since 3 days

    Same thing happened to me. I just reloaded the os using BlackBerry Link. What I did is that pressed both the volume keys and power button at the same time. After you see BlackBerry release power button alone. You will see bberror with an yellow exclamation mark. Now reload os using BlackBerry Link or autoloader.

    Connect device via USB cable to PC and open BlackBerry Link, hitting factory reset.

    Use autoloader reload OS and device should well working. I have experienced the issue.
