download Link software, install, and the initial setup went smoothly.

my understanding is that once the PC and Z10 are paired, the Wi-Fi sync should automatically OK.

Both PC and the phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and I have checked all the
places that are related to WiFi sync...

no error msg, and no clue now.

Anybody can point to a direction?

    Some things to check..
On the Settings/BlackBerry Link section.. do you have any paired computers listed?
I have Link On and mobile network off.
You MUST be signed in to your Blackberry ID in Link to get the option of which folders to allow.
In taskmanager make sure Blackberry Link peer manager is listed.

All of the above items are checked and in place, and still no wifi sync. The Link version is 1.2.0.28. What's particularly annoying is that there is no longer any Settings tabs from which information can be gathered.

Iirc, the phone needs to be charging to connect. Either usb cable by the PC or another source.

I have been having the same issues as you were. Did you find a solution to the wifi sync?

    Thanks in advance?
