    My Z10 is connected and works fine with my laptop, however there are several services it's presenting that if I tick the laptop fails to find drivers for .... .

    in the pic I've got 3 services ticked, because it finds drivers for those services. However, if I tick any of the others it fails to find drivers. As I have the Blackberry Link software installed etc anyone have any idea where the drivers can be obtained, or even what the unticked services actually are??

    You have to change the drivers manually to a PORT device for the phone.
