    Lol, I never said they were lying, just being ambiguous and not being precise. Maybe you haven't noticed in your travels threw cyberland but there are people out there that just like to complain even when the fault clearly lies close to home :/

    Hi I updated through BlackBerry World and all of my BBM messages are are still there. This is with my Z10 STL100-2 10.2.1.2941 & Rocking 24-7...

    I have updated the bbm app,but nothing is erased nor the conversations... but having problem when setting a wallpaper, bbm not works....
