    I have another question, because BlackBerry and T-Mobile have now had this big argument and they are no longer together, does that mean that any BlackBerry customer on T-Mobile will not be able to get the new 10.3 update for their mobile

    You can always grab a hardware compatible OS to load on the device that may have been released by another carrier.
