Hi, my phone has been experiencing reboots for a while but now I'm really annoyed because it's been happening more often. Will Fido Replace My Phone since I have warranty? Thanks!

Best answer...call them or go in person and discuss the problem with them. Ask for a supervisor, be polite and explain the issue. Hopefully they will do whatever it takes to keep you as a happy customer.

Hi guys, I emailed Fido stating my problem. They said they can't replace my phone for free and I should talk to the manfactuar . I've emailed them back saying that blackberry says that all phone problems should be dealt with the carriers.

not to sound like an arse, but quit being a p*ssy and call them up or go in person. it's way too easy to say no when it's just an email.

Why bbry needs store fronts. Even one in major markets. To handle this type of issue.

They told me to go in store. How should I explain my problem to them? I'm very bad at explaining/talking to people
