    Wifi will work if you turn off mobile data. Blackberry.com is currently down and apparently, the Wifi connection uses that site to determine if Wifi is working or not. Turning off mobile data circumvents this check.

    Mine seems to have reappeared. I liked the OS version I had previously on my phone. Everything worked.

    Ive had this issue. I had to do a security wipe and reload the software. Phone is back to normal. No issues.
