I don't think it can be done. Only via BlackBerry Link I think.

Go to Settings, Storage and Access, Turn on "Access using Wi-Fi" then give it a name and password. Next, go to your PC file explorer, type in the address bar the name you gave to your phone with \\name\. Example \\BlackBerryZ30\. Login with your user name and password. The username can be found in your phone if you tap the "Identification on Network" button. You can then have access to your phone and memory card. Also, you can map it permanently to your PC as a network drive if you want to have access to your phone all the time.

This might be a bit of overkill and highly geeky, however you can start a web server and copy/share files like that. Anyone not confident on the command line should probably hit back now

Make sure you are connected to wifi, and note you ip address (in settings->about->network).

Install bgshell from bbworld. Start it and navigate to your desired directory. Start the web server built into python. On android, just go to the web address.

    Eg. After starting bgshell

    cd /sdcard/external_sd/downloads
    python3.2 -m http.server

Now if your wifi ip is 192.168.1.2, then on android, go to web address:

    Done!

    Told you it was geeky

You can use an app called WiFi File Explorer Pro. It turns your Z10 into a file server for xfer from the z10 to any web browser. The Pro version also has a reverse feature that will upload files from the accessing web server to the Z10. It is an Android, loaded wiith Snap.

These apps will not work since wifi direct is not present in Z10 which is required for flash transfer to work

Guess it depends on the size of the files your transferring but you could just create a Dropbox acct (or just a shared folder in dropbox) and allow all your devices/PC access to it.

Disable the auto sync so you only do transfers over Wifi. But in an emergency the files would be accessible through mobile connection as well.

For just between the BlackBerry and a PC, the media server built into BlackBerry Link is pretty slick.

I use a computer to grab files off my Z10 over wifi (remote access) - presumably you could then do the reverse and put them on an android phone from the computer afterwards?
