Is there anybody on here suffering with this problem, when i try and connect my Z10 to the home wifi it really struggles to connect and then when it does I can not log into any of my apps, ie. Facebook, Twitter, N4BB. But when I take my phone of wifi I can then start logging into my app's with no problems, hope somebody can help me with this problem as I don't want to take my Z10 back and have it sent of for repair and wait weeks to get it back, so has anybody hot any solutions for me please.

What router do you have? So ppl can help better.

Also try on other wifi networks to see if same issue.

Happens occasionally with me on Z10 as well as laptop and wife's iPhone, but rebooting my router usually does the trick.

We have the talk talk router, my partners and my son's both BlackBerry work on the router, but my Z10 is really playing up, when it does connect I can not access any of the apps

Power cycle the router

Occasionally have seen SIM cause this issue. I have no idea what network you're on, but if a GSM, is your SIM one used in previous phone? One you cut down? My Z10 is the best at connecting I've had in a long time.

For me deleting my saved wifi profile and reconfiguring it fixed my problem

My mom is on the same Internet as me and hers was playing up all last night but I can connect to my mom's wifi but ours is still playing up, i think talk talk was resetting g all the routers last night, hope they sort it out cos I was just about to take my Z10 back to carphonewarehouse.

Seems like a router issue or your wifi settings on phone not correct.

Authentication error usually is phone settings, but if a router is having issues it will do same too.

Try other wifi places like free wifi at Walmart or KFC or mall to see if it connect fine.

Let us know.

It's too early for me to say it's a device issue.
