I keep getting this message all the time. Mostly at home. My wife has IPhone but never has a problem. What can I do?

I have had this happened a few times. I reset my router/wifi and it cleared the issued up. Hopefully works for you.

Does your router have the latest firmware?

I have reset my router / Wifi and it does clear it but only helps for a day or two. It also happens away from home. And like I said, my wife never has an issue.

Turning mobile data off and then on might work. Or leave mobile data off when in wifi. I know it's not a solution, but it works for me whenever I've got that message.

This is an on-going issue since at least the latest software release, possibly earlier but I cannot remember exactly when my own BlackBerry 10 smartphone began exhibiting this behaviour. The strange thing is the notification always seems to happen when I am on LTE but a WiFi AP is in range. The behaviour suggests BlackBerry OS 10 is periodically scanning for WiFi APs and reporting whether its latest attempt successfully locked onto an access point. The early releases of BlackBerry OS 10 did not behave this way.

What I've also noticed is that when I'm home and connected to Wifi, sometimes my phone is VERY laggy. Sometimes so laggy that I just turn Wifi off when I need to browse in a hurry.
    What's the deal with this.?
