My z10 is not connecting to any of the Wi-fi networks.. My friends has lumia mobiles. They are able to connect to every network but z10 is showing network error all the time...
Anybody knows how to rectify it?

My Z10 does not find any available networks. I have turned the WiFi on and off as well as the phone and taken out the battery. What else can I do?

Need to wait for OS 10.3.1. Maybe it can solve the problem..

Have you tried putting the phone in airplane (flight) mode, turning on wifi and see if it connects?

In airplane mode it won't allow to use wi-fi and also it didn't help at all..

Well, mine allows wifi in a/p mode. In fact, that's how you connect to wifi in an airliner (legally). What OS are you running? You can also swipe down from the top, and tap "mobile networks" to turn off the cell radios, then tap wifi to turn wifi on.

Any one has any updates on this; I have recently acquiered a Passport that is experiencing that issue; the WIFI toggles on and off and it does not detect any WIFI networks; Running latest OS 10.3.1.2267 ; also tried it with patch 2480 and it does not change the behaviour; Starting to think to call Blackberry Support and pat $49 to see if they can help me figure it out.
