Just ignore the notification and wifi will connect back on its own after a few minutes. It's a blackberry server issue so resetting routers and phones is just a waste of time.

Yes. I just decline and ignore... Everything continues to work without any problem! No need to change any set up or mess up the wifi connection/password.

Happened to me also. Another proof that WiFi on BB10 relies heavily on Blackberry's servers health and that is not very good thing

No it doesn't. It's simply a check to verify a connection and BlackBerry has already stated it's addressed in OS 10.3.

Mine did the same and the same way it came the same way it left. Must've been a BlackBerry server issue.
Idk but I got the feeling BlackBerry hares wifi. If it's not "limited connection " BS then it's " oh, this a hotspot, log the eff in"

My Z30 did the same. I tried the Q10 and I got the same thing. What was going on?
And during the last couple of hours my BBM messages won't be transmitted!
All is strange. At first I began to put the blame on AT&T but now I can see that I am not the only one!

Yes it'll be addressed in 10.3 OS which won't be available till the end of the year. I'm on the leak 10.3 OS and the issue still exist. Hopefully, someone can release a leak of a later version of 10.3 that will fix this annoying issue, including with the limited wifi connection problems
