[CrackBerry Question]

I dropped the phone 3 days ago. The first thing that happened was the battery started discharging rapidly. It went from a 24 hour discharge to a 3 hour discharge, but the phone still worked. This morning the phone is dead. All that is happening is the LED is flashing red in a repeating pattern. 1,2...1,2,3,4........1,2...1,2,3,4. I have replaced the battery with a known good battery and also put my battery in another Z10 and everything points to the phone not the battery.

Try reloading the OS... if that doesn't work, you likely killed it.
