    when i was updating my z10 there was load shading, now my phone wont switch on. even the pc and thebb link can not sense it. what can one do to solve this issue?

    you can reload the os using link
    just go in prefrences
    click on reload while phone connected then link will reload the software but your data will be deletedWhy won't my Z10 turn on ?-screenshot-65-.png
