My z10 won't let me into to of any of the apps , I can't make any alls or receive any,I tried restarting it but that did'nt work anyone else had that problem before please help.

Use BlackBerry Link, backup and reload the OS, restore backup.

Try a hard reset. Hold your volume buttons down for 3-5 secs until your device reboots. If that doesn't fix it, well try and back up whatever you can and then wipe it and start fresh.

To add to Bla1ze's advice

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above
