Over the last few months, my once lightening, awesome z10 has become a device I crave to get rid of but I can't upgrade until September.

Input lag; when typing out texts the keyboard starts to lag and texting becomes a chore.

Hub issues; quite often I have to do battery pulls (the hub reset doesn't do anything) because it just won't load texts, and then it becomes unresponsive and for some reason. If I go to another conversation with another number, no matter what you click, the message and contact from the previous screen are there, and don't go away.

Music; my library will partially half load, then when I scroll up, the half a library that originally loaded is gone, and the app just stays in this black limbo until I restart the device.

General performance on the whole has taken a major downturn and I just can't fathom as to why? I'm using 10.2.1 (2102) UK O2.

Sorry to be so negative I just wanna love this phone again!

reload the OS. Seems that there is something eating up your CPU.

Really? Could it not be an issue with the hardware?

Possibly, but an OS reload is certainly the best place to start if you've tried the usual restarts and battery pulls. At very least it' s got to be worth trying, hasn't it?

I once had similar experienced and all I did was to uninstall/delete some apps, or should I say games. I kept on downloading those free apps from last december's giveaways and didnt notice my device storage space is running low, and my z10 started to crawl. Try to check your device storage, cpu usage and memory usage for apps thats killing your z10.

I highly doubt it's hardware. A screenshot of your memory and cpu will help troubleshoot

Typically the way to test for bad hardware is to wipe and use a stock configuration.

Is your device almost full ? Make some space to speed things up.

Stop doing battery pulls. Do hard resets instead.

How about a nice reboot to let BB10 shutdown nicely? :-=)

It shouldn't be necessary to do either... Just do a fresh reload of the OS. It will most probably fix your issue.
