    Downloaded most recent os .1865 and immediately I have experienced the battery is running hot and draining within an hour, I am now a slave to an electrical outlet...help!

    Just do a wipe. It fixed mine. After to upgrade to 10.3. Wipe

    You can also run Device Monitor and see what is chomping on the battery. Tap the CPU tab at the bottom to see more of what's running.
