I just recently tried an security wipe out and i downloaded an update to 10.2.1.x on my bb z10

I connected it on my pc via data cable and connected to bb link wipe it then updated it
And it finished well

After that the phone worked perfectly to the first set up settings
In the first frame i chosed my language
The second frame is for contactings i firstly choosed wi fi connection
The third frame was the problem
It was showen

Choose your country
Whith a drop down menu to choose from
And an icon hovering to the agreement linces
It hovers for a while but it dosnt show the linces it self
And apopout messge aperrs saying " connection failed check your connection settings" and when i press connection setting option it scroll back to the frame before.. And there i have tried everything sim,wifi, battery pull and that loop just kept on going and going on

For two days..

My most resnt issue is after all of that i reconnected my device to pc
But the blackberry link dosent connect with it
It itself tells me
I havent completed my device setup complete and then reconnect "

What to do i ran away of options

Is there is another program than bb link that could help me to restore my handset?
And how to byepass the agreement linces screen?
