    i updated my Z10 to version 10.3.2.2474 ,but as i shut down and turn on my phone my phone resets to its factory settings and i lose all my data, every time i restart my phone i lose all my data. please help me fix this this problem as soon as posible

    Maybe Reload the OS. Appears something is corrupted.
    How did you update to 2474?
