    my blackberry z10 is taking too much time almost 15 hours for security wipe but still showing 97% i was frustrated and removed my battery twice but it's started from the begining i was getting irritated please help me to reload my os by stoping this security wipe even blackberry link was not showing my device please help thanks in advance

    It starts with the phone off, simply pull the battery, plug the phone in when prompted, then put the battery back in.

    Choose one for your model and version. It will wipe before loading. A security wipe wouldn't help prior anyway.

    And did you take out the SD card and SIM before wiping? That's also a factor.

    I wiped my Passport and Q10 twice each with no problem at all, this way.

    Well there's no sd card in it but i didn't took the sim out .
    i'm afraid if i removed my battery for removing sim card wipe is starting from beginning and i'm literally pissed about this security wipe

    can anyone suggest me how to stop it and reload my os

    You can remove the Battery...

    Download the Version of BB10 that fits your Z10, run the file and then plug your Z10 into the coputer and put the battery back in. It should catch the OS as it tries to preboot and then the OS will start to install.. http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...loader-927076/

    but the thing is i dont even know my z10 version and my phone was just struck in security wipe screen so can you guy's please suggest me how to find my model and how to reload my os

    Exactly! The BBRY wipe / reset has been problematic for quite a while now.

    Take the back off. Inside is a sticker with the model and version. Download the correct autoloader, unzip, run as administrator, when prompted plug in phone.

    Press n hold power button about 10 second,connect to cmputer,Reload OS from bblink.
