    Hello,

    I sold my z10 some days ago... Now the buyer can't activate the device, because of Blackberry Protect
    I have already deleted the device from my protect account...

    I Need help with this issue please What can the buyer do?!

    He needs the BlackBerry ID and password... I'm assuming that's where he's stuck correct? So you'd have to give that to him.

    you can change the password afterwards? Or he sends it back to you and you can disable BlackBerry Protect. I'm pretty sure that's the only way.

    Can you not turn off BlackBerry anti-theft protection from https://protect.blackberry.com - log in and find your device in there.

    OP, if you removed the your old device from your online BlackBerry Protect list of devices, then if the buyer does a hard reset it shouldn't ask him for your BBID at all anymore.

    If you instead deleted your BBID account completely, then he has a brick forever.
