Check without the battery by connecting it to a power cord
If it starts and gives you the no battery symbol then it's a faulty battery
If it gives blinking led light then it's a corrupted OS
If nothing of the above happens then Z10 is R.I.P

i m facing the same issue..
red led is flashing when it is connected to the charger..
wat sud i do nw?
