    My BB z10 doesn't send sms to the contacts i have outside the phone. It gives an error, saying that "the instalation was not subscribed".
    Also in whatsapp i just can send messages to the contacts i have in the phone and not in the account.

    I'd advise you to run an autoloader for your device on the Z10. I use that too and I've not come across that problem

    Whatsapp is no longer supported, just like Facebook. Was what I heard.

    Incorrect. WhatsApp for BB10 should work until December 31, 2016.
