    i tried the reset you said about, i removed the sd card and inserted it again, i tried the same sd card on my computer and it worked successfully, i tried another sd card on my phone, the same thing happed, it is not reading any sd card. please help.

    This could be an issue with your OS software or the card reader itself. Can you reload the OS to try that? Can you ask for a replacement phone? DO you have insurance on it? We need some more information to advise you.

    What size is the SD card? If it's bigger than 32 gig you may have to do a work around. There are threads here that address that issue.
