    Hello, I have a bbz10 and I recently updated it and I decided to run the BlackBerry virtual expert only to discover that the proximity and light sensor are not working. Please help.

    Have you tried to reload a software again ?
    If not, maybe you should try it again. If still the same after software then it is much better to bring it to an authorized blackberry center so they can check it
