    To cut the story short. I bought Bb z10 3 months back. Yesterday I faced some problem from the battery. It was shutting down automatically above 83% battery level. I switched off my phone and did battery pull. But now its not booting up. Not being detected by bb link not even by bb device manager. It does not even blink red LED while charging.
    The question is what caused this problem?
    How to solve this issue?
    I don't want to load leaked os.
    STL100-1.
    os version 10.2.1.2997
    I really love my bb z10 ..

    Well for one, it's not much information to go off of
    Was it dropped?
    What happens when you put the battery in? Does a red light go on?
    Do you have a spare battery? Try that and see if it boots
    Did you install anything before this happened?

    Chances are your phone is still fine, BUT getting your data back may be hard
    You may have to take out your battery, and plug it in to the computer, and run an autoloader (don't have a choice at this point. doesn't have to be a leak although leaks are far better than carrier OS)
    A green light should come on. After it's done, put back the battery.

    You can also retry using BBLink with the battery REMOVED OR OUT. Connect the usb and with the battery out, try again. If you are really stuck, as suggested try the Autoloader that matches your device and the OS you already have or a newer one. Warranty if really necessary.

    Red light does not go on. I didn't drop it. And i do not have a spare battery. Computer does not detect my device.

    Go to the Leak OS subforum (there are real, official OS versions there) and find the Autoloader that matches your model (stl100-1) and one with the OS you want. Try with and without the battery inside. Good luck.

    Or warranty.

    My bad,My device is completely dead. Yesterday gave my device in blackberry expert center. They told my device is dead. The reason is completely unknown. They will replace my device within one month.Hope they replace in time.
