Hey guys my Z10 recently crash and i had to use Autoload-STL100-1-10.2.1.1927 to reload the software, and when that was completed i used BB Link to update to 10.3.1.1779 and right now Link not seeing my BB, am using Windows 8 , 7 an XP and still nothing, in the BB Device manager am not evening seeing the phone connected, when i plug in the phone to the laptop or desktop ur hearing it connecting and on the phone screen its saying device connected to computer but yet am not able to see it in BB Link, please help.

I would uninstall link from the PC. I would use CCleaner to get rid of cached files. Reboot, re-install Link and then try it again.

Did all that, i use Your Uninstaller to remove BB Link.

Check to see if USB Mass Storage Mode and Charge Only Mode are "Off"

I tired both on and off lol, right now its off

Leave them to "Off", restart both your phone and your PC, wait for 5 minutes for the boot process to complete and then try again. Link does this kind of stuff from time to time, but it should work after a few attempts.

And one more thing: open Link before connecting the phone to the PC (I would wait 1 minute after Link was open, and then connect the phone by USB)

Did all that and i switched to another USB port and it works, am seeing it in Link now, thanks guys, one more thing is it possible to get the device memory to show up as a removable drive?
