[CrackBerry Question]

Hi All,

From yesterday i'm not getting any sounds from my Z10. I realize this when i saw 3 missed calls but my phone never rang. Not even my notification alerts is working.
I have rebooted the phone but still no sound. I have checked the notifications settings but the sound slider is set to "On" and the volume slider is set to maximum.

Please provide OS version found under settings, about. Your network carrier, recent software updates etc if you did or had one.

Sometimes certain profiles have been adjusted. If all else fails, you made need to back up your Z10 using the Link desktop software and performing a factory reset and or security wipe and re-install the OS.

Well let's hope it isn't a failure of the phone itself.

Do you have blackberry virtual expert installed so you can test the audio? That should tell you if the phone is capable of playing sounds or not.

Does the earpiece work normally when taking calls? Have you tried the speaker phone during a call?
