Hi,

My phone start to turn off alone in Sunday. Happens a lot of times a day, without i do nothing they turn of and after i turn on again the came back to 8 of march. Have happen this problem to somebody?

The power button can be detective or the device. I had it with my first Z10 got it replaced under warranty and never happened again. One other option is the battery pins (three copper pins) are filthy and don't spring back properly anymore.

Possible loose battery. Easy to check, cut a tiny piece of a business card and shim battery toward contacts.
