    yesterday i turned on my phone it got stuck and went black/fades away.after many restarts i factory reset my phone 2 times which only solved the problem for a couple of hours.the phone is working in the back but nothing shows on the screen.the phone starts showing "Blackberry" after which it turns black/fades away making it unusable

    Try pressing the power button three times fast, maybe your screen reader is turned on

    nope it is not the screen reader
    the pone starts with the black screen/there is a light black light
