Good Day!

Any idea why my Z10 saves any received contacts to the SIM? In the contacts settings I have the SIM Contacts Off, but when I receive a contact and save it, it saves to the SIM and does not show in the contacts.

I want all contacts saves in the same place and synced to my hotmail account.

Any idea how to change this?

it saves in 3 places: local,sim,and Hotmail -- if you want to only have them in Hotmail from your phone go to link from contact - unlink them them then delete what you don't want one by one for local and sim you can delete them in mass

I appreciate the reply. I am just a clean freak and HATE work arounds. I want things to work how they should. Having contacts in multiple places seems cluttered to me. It just seems that you save a contact and it goes to the SIM. You then have to copy to the device? On the old OSs they all saved in the same location.

As an aside, if they are all linked, If I update any information on a contact will it update all places?
