[CrackBerry Question]

Hello. Today my Z10 randomly turned off and it won't turn back on. When I say it won't turn back on, I mean that the phone is completely dead. It never happened before. I thought that the issue could be with the battery but it's not the case. I switched the battery and still nothing. I tried to connect the phone to the computer and still nothing. I didn't update the phone recently. I didn't drop it or caused any water damage. I really need the info on the phone and have to turn it back on somehow. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If plugging it into a computer, with blackberry link running, and it not being recognized, I doubt you will be able to retrieve your data.

Have you tried cleaning the battery and device contacts?
