    Hello,

    I installed OS10.3.1.1155 through Sachesi/Blitz and ever since when I re-start the phone it goes back to the state it was prior to the update.
    I did a clean install of 10.3.1.2072 hoping that will fix the issue, but it didn't help. Since it was a clean install, the phone now goes back to "new".
    I did a security wipe and a system restore, but it still will loose all info after restart.
    Any suggestions?

    Do you have a blue led?

    When I re-start the led is blue until the system loads. Then just blinking red for the "Welcome!" message from Blackberry
