I lost all of my files.
When I turn on connection and enter in facebook or viber and crackberry my phone heats and my battery drain very fast.
Please help.

Your phone needs to be reloaded. I would choose an OS and install it. Then I would set up your email accounts and other social media accounts from scratch. Any app that is causing it to overheat should behave after a clean install. You can also reload your apps one at a time to see which is causing the issue. Get an SD card and save your pictures and videos on the card. Never leave it to chance that they will stay on your device memory because loading an OS deletes them all!

The OS needs to be reloaded on your phone. This could be done via BlackBerry Link that you hopefully have stored on your computer or on your desktop

Download the latest OS (for your specific device) from Thurask's archive to your PC. Unzip the file (you only need the large file), plug in your phone, and run it.

If that doesn't work, you may need a new battery. Or send for repair.

You are not explaining yourself well. I know English is not your first language, but you need to be more precise with explaining the problems.

Are you now saying that on top of the other issues you are having that your phone resets to factory on every boot? If so, look here:
