    Yes, that's Android runtime being loaded. I've never seen that with native apps.

    It would be useful to know your OS and the app you are tying to load, and if you had other active frames loaded.

    The latest OS builds do not have any noticeable lag loading native or ported apps.

    If you want help more information is needed.

    I am trying to open instagram. I side loaded about 2-4 apps. And they wouldn't work. I deleted them and then I opened instagram and that came out.
