SNAP will save the freeware app installer files it downloads onto the device memory and not remove them by default.
The upside is in case you delete the app and then decide to reinstall it, you don't have to re-download it.
The downside is you eventually get a ton of app installers sitting on your device memory, taking up space.

Go into the settings in SNAP, swipe down from the top and tap the cog.
Scroll down to the bottom and you can change this behavior if you wish from the drop down.
Also observe where the "Move APK" location is, you can then go there via your File Manager and delete the installers manually.
