    Hi everyone!
    I have a problem with my computer. Why computer does not recognize the internal memory of BB10? While the machine is connected to BBLink to transfer data or install applications on BB10. I'm using BBlink
    I'd appreciate for your help. Thank you so much.

    check for usb connection in ur phone under settings->Network And Connections->Usb

    to uncheck both charge and usb mode
    then ur pc will detect internal

    Check device setting, device connection "ON"..if not reset device by holding both up/down volume until appear BlackBerry logo and then release the button.

    Z10/STL100-2 Biltz 10.3.2.2204

    Do you have an SD card installed too?

    If so, make sure "mass storage mode" is turned "off". That's in "Settings" > "Storage and Access" > "Access using USB".

    If you don't have an SD card in the phone, that option may not be there, or just grayed out. The suggestions above should get you there.

    When connected to a PC with Link, the drivers should create a "network" drive on your PC for the internal memory - usually labeled as the "Z:/", drive. That way, BlackBerry can control what folders you can access.
