    I've try to do security wipe, it does it but only takes like five minutes an when done all my info is still in the phone. I believe my husband rooted my phone but don't really no what that means. Help please, don't like my privacy being invaded

    You can't root a BlackBerry, so that didn't happen.

    I don't think you are actually doing a security wipe (I think you're just rebooting your phone). Describe your process.

    Don't worry about phone being rooted...not the case with BB10.

    How exactly are you trying to security wipe?
    Are you going through Settings on your phone or with BBLINK?
