[CrackBerry Question]

I dropped my blackberry z10 a few months ago, the screen cracked and the keys on keyboard on the left hand side of the phone did not work when the phone was on portrait mode, only in landscape. My phone password is usually a picture password, but my phone was in my pocket and the incorrect password was typed over 5 times and now it requires me to type my password and not all the characters can be used to complete my password. My phone's autorotate has been switched off, so it's stuck in portrait mode. How to I type my password to access my phone? I have already attempted to connect my phone to my laptop to type the password however the attempts made have exceeded the limit & i cannot type it on my laptop. I am on my 7th attempt.

I want to say, if you do a battery pull the settings for the auto-rotate will be rest so the screen will rotate, but I could be wrong. I don't have my old Z10 with me at the moment.

Have you backed up the phone in case you get to the #10 try?
