    when i charge it there is no charging icon only the red led light and every time i turn it on it shows the "blackberry" word and afterwards it shows the blackberry logo and the percentage "0%- 100%" on its logo than after a second or minute it will repeat again and again. please help me on this guys. thanks a lot.

    If it not resoving then....when the process start ( means device stating turn on)...the press vol- and vol+ keys together untill it again shut down.
