    I cannot extract Z10_10.3.02.0876_STL100-4 via 7 zip. It only produce 0 kb file after extracting. But it's shows file size of 1526766 kb when it in zip file. I have download this file via IDM. What is the problem?

    Now I have Z10_10.3.02.0876_STL100-4 .exe file, BB Z10 and the data cable with BlackBerry Link. Please provide me the installation step for me.
