i always get stuck at the second stage of the essentials gestures, the one of the down swipe. please how do i get this problem fixed?

was your screen damaged? Only time I've seen people "stuck" is if they had a damaged screen, which there really isn't a solution for.


Might try reloading the OS again....

my screen is not damaged cos i did for the up swipe but the down swipe is not responding though the screen is moving each time i tried swiping down

Yes getting past gestures after factory reset on Z10 can be a pain have several Z10's all have been reset and the down swipe can take several goes it has to be just right and has happened on my Z30 too, keep trying it will work eventually, good luck.
