I installed 10.3.2.2474 on my Z10 and now when I connect to Blackberry link I get the message that it can't communicate with device restore device. I do not wish to have to reload everything back. What can I do?

How did you install 10.3.2.2474 - using an autoloader, Sachesi, a Blitz pkg?
Does the device work perfectly, other than the BBLink connection?
If there you see any other glitches, you might want to just try re-installing the update, or installing it using a different method.

If you don't want to reinstall the OS, try changing USB ports when you connect the device to your computer. Some people find that using a USB2 port works better than USB3 with BBLink. Also remember that you'll probably have to enter your device's password into BBLink again, after the update.

I updated through Rogers the carrier. I have tried connecting on my Mac and my PC both give me the same message. Tried signing in a couple of times now and still get the message.

Are you by any chance using a desktop PC?

I've run into this at times when using the front USB ports on my PC, but works fine on the rear ports.
Might not be your issue, but hopefully helps somehow lol
